Check the bookings calendar to see if your required date and time is available, then email us using the form below including your contact details and requirements.  Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

By contacting us you are agreeing to our terms of use and data privacy policies (available at the bottom of this page).  We will use and store the information provided by you to process your enquiry/booking.  It will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties without your authorisation.


Important Note

All alcohol consumed on the premises must be purchased through Bishopswood Village Hall whether or not you use the bar facilities.

Please note:  The bookings calendar only displays the next 6 months of activity.
If you wish to book beyond that the booking clerk will need to check dates and get back to you.

Standard Hire Rates

Main Hall (includes use of Kitchen) ........................... £ 19.50 per hour

Sole Use of Premises ....................................................... £ 24.50 per hour

Childrens' Parties (4 hour session) ........... £ 65.00

Meeting Room Only (includes use of Kitchen ......... £ 10.00 per hour

All-Day Exclusive ............................................ £320.00

All-Day Exclusive Plus ................................... £460.00

(With up to 5 hours day before and 2 hours day after)

Bar License  ............................................ £ 25.00 for 4 hours then £10 per additional hour bar open


Your booking should include set-up and clear-up time.

A refundable deposit of £100 (£200 for bookings involving an evening bar) is also payable, which will be refunded within
28 days of the hire subject to the terms laid out in the Hire Agreement.


Regular User is 30+ hires within any one year.


For the purpose of this table, 'Local Rate' applies to residents of the Parish of Walford plus the following postcodes:
GL17 9PA, GL17 9NY, GL17 9NZ.
