Bishopswood Village Hall will be part of a national campaign which celebrates England’s 10,000 village halls.
Celebrating in style, Bishopswood Village Hall will have an Open Day on Saturday 25th January, from 11am – 4pm. The Open Day is free to all and will showcase the halls activities and facilities, including a ‘Throwback Thursday’ display, highlighting the volunteers who have built the history of the Hall.

It’s is a chance to come along for a free tea or coffee and meet some of the small group of dedicated volunteers that keep the Hall running, whilst seeing what the Hall offers.
Bishopswood Village Hall is a key part of our community, it plays host to social gatherings and a number of classes and groups covering a range of interests and is also the venue for the bi-annual Bishopswood Pantomime.
Village Halls Week is run by national rural charity Action with Communities in Rural England (ACRE) and their 38 member organisations.
