Puss in Boots at Bishopswood Village Hall
Following the sell-out success of Sleeping Beauty, Bishopswood is back after a break with another rip-roaring panto yarn involving magic cobblers, talking cats and the sinister henchman ‘Blackleather’. Can our hero Arthur fight the plans of the evil Dr Frankenstein for world domination and, against the opposition of our royal duo, King Bulbo and Queen Tulip, win the hand of the beautiful Princess Daffodil? With a backdrop of Dutch windmills and a canal, you can sing along with a string of popular songs; shout your encouragement for Arthur and his feline companion; and have the very best of an entertaining evening in the company of some very familiar faces.
With only four performances from Thursday – Saturday 23 – 25 February (with a matinee on Saturday afternoon) reserve your tickets now at Wyeside Stores, Bishopswood, or by telephone 01594861493.
(Please note that strobe lighting will be used briefly during the production)
Join the ‘Bishopswood 100 Club’.Just £12 a year puts you in line to win monthly cash prizes. Entry forms can be found at the village hall – or telephone 01594 860181.

The Village Hall is run by a small group of volunteers. Anyone who wishes to help would be very welcome - from putting up tables to helping in the kitchen, or baking the occasional batch of cakes. We are always open to ideas and if there is a function or activity you would like to see at the Village Hall we would gladly investigate the possibilities. Go to the contacts page and get in touch.
